Planning & Strategy

I focus on understanding project requirements, defining the scope of work, and establishing a development roadmap. Key activities include gathering requirements, assessing technical feasibility, collaborating on wireframes, selecting the technology stack, setting coding standards, and identifying risks. This phase ensures alignment with project goals, minimizes risks, and sets the foundation for a successful development process.

Development & Progress Update

I am actively coding and implementing the designs and functionalities outlined in the planning phase. During this phase, I translates UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive interfaces, ensuring that the application performs well across different devices and browsers. Regular progress updates are provided to stakeholders, including demos of completed features, tracking of milestones, and addressing any challenges or changes in scope. This phase is crucial for maintaining transparency, ensuring quality, and keeping the project on schedule.

Development & Launch

the core of the project is brought to life and delivered to users. During the development stage, I code and integrate the visual and interactive elements of the application, ensuring that it is responsive, accessible, and performs well across different browsers. This includes rigorous testing to catch and fix any bugs or issues. As the project nears completion, the focus shifts to the launch phase. I collaborate with the team to deploy the application to a live environment, conducting final checks to ensure everything functions as intended.
